The
payment schedule is: 10% deposit on agreement of sale which will be invested in
an interest bearing trust account for the benefit of the purchaser until
building contracts are signed; 40% when building commences, 40% on
completion of the apartments and the final balance of 10% 6 months after you have
moved in to allow for adjustments to your finished apartment..
The price includes
all basic fixtures and fittings (bathrooms, kitchens, fitted
cupboards, flooring and fixed light fittings),
