The payment schedule is: 10% deposit on agreement of sale which will be invested in an interest bearing trust account for the benefit of the purchaser until building contracts are signed; 40% when building commences, 40% on completion of the apartments and the final balance of 10% 6 months after you have moved in to allow for adjustments to your finished apartment..

The price includes all basic fixtures and fittings (bathrooms, kitchens, fitted cupboards, flooring and fixed light fittings), movable furniture, furnishings and electrical appliances including electrical appliances for your kitchen.

PURCHASE COSTS & FINANCE

Notary costs for the drawing up of the contract for the purchase of your fractional ownership.  Approx. 400 Euros per transfer.

We can offer personal finance up to 70% of the purchase price to potential investors, if needed, with no notary/solicitor or mortgage fees involved as this can be drawn up in the fractional ownership purchase contract.
