MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Debbie and I will see to the management of the apartments for all the owners if they decide so each year.  We will see to all the services including cleaning and maintenance. We also plan to organise a shopping supplies and catering service exclusively for the apartments so that owners and tenants won’t have to waste time shopping or cooking while on holiday.

We will manage the apartments on the basis that you, as a 1/8 fractional owner, will be able to use your apartment for 3 weeks per year - 2 weeks in the winter and 1 week in the summer. Weeks will be allocated on a rotational basis so that everyone gets a different time of the year to use your apartment each year. You can purchase as many fractions you wish.  Chalet Alpina will be managed by us for 16 weeks in the winter from December to April and 8 weeks in the summer during July and August. For the rest of the year we will stop the management service of the apartments but it will be possible for owners to make use of them by prior arrangement.

The apartments will be equipped as homes and not just for holiday renting so if you feel like retiring here in La Thuile by buying all the fractions of one apartment that will be fine. We will happily find the odd job for you to do if you need as well! 

MANAGEMENT AND OWNER EXPENSES

The management expenses and fixed expenses which includes expenses for common areas (Reception/lounge, ski room, gardens, pool and relax area) will be divided between all of the apartments on a percentage basis. This will be based on the square meters of the property you own in relation to the total square meters of all the apartments A to F. Budgets for the year will be decided at each yearly general meeting. Every fractional owner will be entitled to one vote for each fraction in the annual general meeting.
